Color Poem Contest!

I've been encouraged to make this a news article, so I'm giving in

This form has taken off since I introduced it to dA, at least among my watchers. I've seen enough creativity come out of it to feel like a contest has the ability to produce some excellent pieces. The form is flexible enough to allow room for lots of interpretation, but rigid enough to still provide a bit of structure. I've never found an easier form to write in - no syllable counting, no rhyme schemes, no nitpicky details to fuss over (unless you want to!). So here it is:

Line 1 - Your color.
Lines 2, 3, 4 - things your color looks like.
Lines 5, 6, 7 - things your color sounds like.
Lines 8, 9, 10 - things your color tastes like.
Lines 11, 12, 13 - things your color feels like.
Line 14 - sum it all up.

I've been fairly flexible with the way I stretch the interpretations of the form when writing mine, so I'm not holding anyone to be completely literal with things if they don't want to. I will, however, be considering how the form is used, so don't think you can disregard it completely. New entries only, though revisions of old pieces are accepted. Entries are accepted through note or comment and will be collected here.

I am the only judge for this contest (for now), and will be taking various criteria into account, including creativity, how the form is utilized, and poetic value. The form is a restriction, but not much of  one if you put a bit of effort into it!

If this contest goes well (and it is going well thus far), I'm considering making an annual contest of sorts, with different spins on the basic form. Such as, a seasonal color poem. Or perhaps using a specific genre. Or tying it into an event like the beginning of school or fashion or any number of things. Or if I wanted to make it difficult, everyone has to use the same color

The flexibility of this form is its greatest strength. If you've any ideas, go ahead and post them below! (If nothing else, it will give me some ideas )

Finally, all poems will be eventually collected in the anthology LionesseRampant made me for my birthday If it's a viable notion, and there is interest, I'll see about having some more of those made
